I know you have probably heard of this chain restaurant, known for their great brunch, salads, and sandwhiches… but this location is very UNIQUE!! This cafe is located at a small local airport so as you eat you can watch the planes take off and land. Very cool experience for all ages, and it can keep your kids entertained as you eat

A local favorite located at 3010 W Davis St, Conroe, TX 77304 – Classic diner breakfast spot, closes at 2pm
Donut Delight #3
CLOSEST BREAKFAST PICKUP TO CONDO. 2000 FM830, Willis, TX 77318 — closes at 1pm
Nothing fancy here, this place is found in a gas station parking lot, but it’s my favorite place for a quick KOLACHES & donut run
Hunger Crush Cafe
Open 8am-9pm with Breakfast/brunch served all day!!! Also featuring some tasty mimosa options. You can reach the cafe by boat or car! Located right next to Fajita Jacks in the lakeside shopping center on Highway 105

The Wave on Lake Conroe
This is my TOP choice recommendation primarily because it is located just next to the condo at the tip of the peninsula. This truly is an amazing lake front bar and restaurant and I myself am a frequent visitor.
Located to the side of the Resort Pool, next to where the Southern Empress is docked, The Wave perfectly captures the lake feel, the food prepared by Chef JC Broom is outstanding, and the bar boasts an excellent beer selection. This place gets an A++ in my book!

GuadalaHARRY’s
Apart from The Wave, this is the closest lake-front restaurant to the condo. Open until 2am and has a nice beachy atmosphere. Normally hosting live music on the weekends!
Conroe Lake House
One of my favorite restaurants to visit by boat, always has a crowd, especially during crawfish season!
Fajita Jacks
Fun, fun, fun! Like Conroe Lake House, this place is located off HWY 105 but is easily accessible by boat. One major plus is that it’s located in a lakeside town center with other bars and restaurants close by.
Walden’s Lake View Dining
For those looking for a more serene lake side experience, I would recommend this place located near the gorgeous Walden Country Club.

My brother, Josh, is the 2015 Bass Master Collegiate Champion. He has grown up here fished Lake Conroe his entire life. This is hands down the most favorite activity for my guests!
Activities
My top activity recommendation for Lake Conroe is the MargaritaVille Resort & Spa. Featuring three restaurants, resort-style pools, mini golf, kayak rentals, and a fantastic spa; there is something for everyone to enjoy! The resort is spacious and indoor and outdoor and decorated with the classic Tommy-Bahama style, it will put you right into the vacation mood.
I especially recommend the spa which was one of best day pass options that I have found in Texas. For $35 (or by purchasing any spa service) you will receive complimentary robe and slippers and you can enjoy the indoor/outdoor relaxation rooms, a hamman sauna, jacuzzi, and luxurious locker rooms. The day pass gives you access for the entire day, you can even leave for lunch and come back for more later! Also –mimosas are available for $5!! Manis & Pedis are $35 and $45 respectively which makes it a great deal to go to the spa rather than a salon and get to enjoy all of the facilities before or after your manicure!
